Hi @Drrickryp thanks for answering
I have 2 lists
list 1:
'Evidence request test'
list 2:
Certified Approver Test History
In list 1 I have a series of fields that I need to show in a gallery where the status field of list 2 is equal to "Not started" and the field Approver. Mail 2 list email equal to VarUser.Email
the relationship between the two lists is the ID field from list 1 and the 'process ID' field from list 2 which are the same
that's why i use
Forall(
Filter(
"Test history of Certified approvers";
Status = "Not started" && Approver.Email = VarUser.Email
)
so that the number of elements is equal to the previous filter
and use the following filter to display the items in list 1 based on the first filter in list 2
Filter(
'Evidence request test';
ID = 'process ID'
)
that is, if the first filter in list 2 returns 4 elements, it will be 4 elements shown in the gallery but from list 1
If I apply this formula in the OnVisible property it works, but a collection can only have 2000 items
For all (
Filter (
'Evidence of History of Approvers Evidence';
Status = "Not started" && Approver.Email = VarUser.Email
);
Collect (
colTaskspending;
Filter (
'Evidence request test';
ID = 'process ID'
)
)
)
I hope it is clearer
