Hi All,

We are creating a form in PowerApps that fetch items from Sharepoint list which has more that 5000 items.

We are able to fetch only 2000 items right now.Is that the limit or it can acheived in some other way.

Pls let me know the current limitation in performing the above operation.

    Hi @AravindGanesan,

Please have a look at this article which explains this limitation:

    https://powerapps.microsoft.com/fr-fr/blog/powerapps-data-row-limit-for-non-delegable-queries/

    Hope this helps,

    Emmanuel

    Hi @AravindGanesan,

How do you retrieve the items from your SP list data source within your app?

Could you please share a bit more about the formula?

Further, do you have faced a Delegation issue with the formula within your app?

I suppose that you have faced a Delegation issue with the formula within your app, is it true? If you have faced a Delegation issue with the formula within your app, it means that you could not delegate the processing of data to your SP list data source, you could only process your data locally within your app (move your SP list data into your app firstly).

In default, you could only process 500 records locally at most, you could also consider take a try to change the Non-delegable limits into 2000 (maximum value). In other words, you could only process 2000 records locally at most currently.

More details about the Delegation within PowerApps, please check the following article:

    Delegation

As an alternative solution, you could consider take a try to save your SP list data into a Collection within your app, and then use the Collection as data source instead of your SP list within your app.

Set the OnVisible property of the first screen to following:

    Set(ItemsCollection,'YourSPList')

Then within your app, use the ItemCollection as data source within your app.

Note: The amount of records you could save into a Collection is based on your Computer's configuration.

In addition, please also check and see if the following article would help in your scenario:

    Best regards,

    Kris
