Knowledge Article table Power Apps Licensing

I found that Knowledge Article table is available in Dataverse in a fresh new Power Apps environment. I want to use it in my model-driven app. I know that this table is in Restricted tables list (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/data-platform/data-platform-restricted-entities). But also I see in Power Platform Licensing Guide that "A table within Dataverse becomes restricted only if the Dynamics 365 application is installed on a given environment." (Page 4, Footnote 1 under Entitlement Summary table)

So the question is: am I eligible to use this table in my Model-Driven app under Power Apps license? Does Microsoft have any plans to exclude "Knowledge Article table" from Power Apps Dataverse installation?

    Hi @Denys_Shevchuk,

That's the first time I've noticed that subtle detail in the licensing guide. It seems pretty clear though so you should be ok. Whether the Knowledge Article table will be useful or functional without the Customer Service app is another question as much of the functionality is provided via the app.

@Denys_Shevchuk, I know you posted this awhile ago but were you ever successful in utilizing/seeing the Knowledge Article entity in your Power App environment? Maybe you have some ideas for me with a similar issue now in 2023?  In summary, I'm able to see the entity in the App builder but not add it directly into my Solution/Environment.
