Can edit files but cannot delete them

I used get file by properties and was able to manipulate a file by changing its metadata, but once I used its ID to try to delete the flow failed. I also tried using send HTTP request delete but that didn't work either.

 

I'm trying to make a flow that can identify files with a certain metadata that are over a certain age and delete them. 

 

this is the error i am getting 

The file /181 does not exist.

    Use the file identifier rather than the ID:image.png
