Refreshing Data Source (SharePoint) cause syntax to change

We have a PowerApps patch function for updating a SharePoint list with a PowerApps Form.

When we refresh the data source in PowerApps, the syntax changes in code window.

I've attached a 22 sec. video capturing this happening twice.

I refresh the video, and the text changes on screen.

Same App.  Two different events.  And, two different text changes.

PowerApps Anomaly...
