Hello, How do I make a Horizontal gallery, so that instead of loading new data to the right side of the gallery, it loads to the left side of the gallery, where I can scroll left to see new data.

The scroll bar is always on the right side of the gallery. Unfortunately at this point, we can't change the scroll bar where to display.
If you really need then another option is to have a container, add Gallery to the container, and slider control to scroll up and down. I haven't tried this but possible.
