Question for Microsoft person regarding populate Word Template connector

HIb 

If i have a Premium licience to use the connector does it mean that the users have to have one too??

    Hi @gazzo1967 

     

    The account that has the license to the premium actions can you the connector

    If other users call the Flow, then they do not need the license

    Is the reason i have used the premium populate word template

    that the powerapss containing the flow are asking users for Powerapp premium liciences?

    Hi @gazzo1967 

     

    Now this is interesting 

    If PowerApps triggers a Flow it does so in the context of the logged in user and all conntections in that case will be run against the current user

    This case might require all users to have premium licenses

     

    If your Flow was not directly dependent on PowerApps then you will be fine
