Having issue publishing the copilot Bot

Hey everyone,

I'm having trouble publishing my Copilot bot. It shows 2 errors in the Question topic, but when I open the Topic Checker for that topic, it says there are no errors.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

    After several meetings with a Microsoft support agent, it was confirmed that this issue is an internal error affecting multiple customers. The only effective solution at this time is to delete the affected topic and rebuild it from scratch. This will resolve the issue, allowing the bot to publish successfully.

    when clicked on raw outputs it says the following .
    [
      {
        "diagnosticResult": [
          {
            "$kind": "UnknownElementError"
          },
          {
            "$kind": "UnknownElementError"
          }
        ],
        "componentDisplayName": "Question",
        "componentId": "def8c0cb-a30a-4d70-b236-181868992d43",
        "diagnosticErrorCount": 2
      }
    ]

    I have searched the component id in view code of question topic but 0 results

    Are you using an adaptive card in that topic? If so, could you please check if there are any errors?
