@KrishR - assuming you're using a Form:
1. Insert a Toggle control into the DataCard for the Yes/No field
2. On the Update property of the DataCard, enter:
If(
Toggle1.Value,
'Your Yes / No Column (Your Table Plural Name)'.Yes,
'Your Yes / No Column (Your Table Plural Name)'.No
)
3. On the Default property of the Toggle, enter:
Parent.Default = 'Your Yes / No Column (Your Table Plural Name)'.Yes
