Compare two Standpoint Lists with view criteria

I have two SharePoint lists. Both lists are fed by two successive emails.

The content of the first email is copied to the first SharePoint list and the content of the second email is copied to the second SharePoint list.

I would like to set up a flow that compares the following data: name, time (year.month.day hour:minute) and address consisting of zip code, city, street.

If these data match, an additional field, which is only contained in the second email and therefore in the second SharePoint list, should be transferred to the first SharePoint. In addition, the corresponding attachments are to be transferred.

I would be grateful if someone could help me with this. I have not found anything. Thanks a lot Oktay

@Oktay is that any data using which you can uniquely identify rows in list1 and list2 so that you can compare data of rows between two lists?

@annajhaveri Yes there is data that can be clearly compared between the two lists. These are the following: Postal code, city, street, house number and time. best regards, oktay

@Oktay okay but is there any unique value in both lists that match, e.g. name in the list 2 row matches with the name list 1 row, that way you can fetch record from both lists and compare the values?

@annajhaveri yes there are 4 columms in both lists with the same unique value.

@Oktay okay so now how you want your flow to start, when item is added to list 1 or list 2 or you want the flow to run once daily or hourly?

@Oktay so you can create a flow with trigger when item is created in SharePoint list. Then you can add Get Items action to get items from list 1, put a filter query on Get items, for you to get matching item from the list 1.
