Copy dynamic file content in SP library to another SP list

Hi,

I'm trying to create a process with below steps,

1- An xlxs file is uploaded into a sharepoint library. The file structure will be same however it will be a new file everytime. It contains multiple sheets but the data is required from only "Report" sheet which is formatted as "table1".

2- The data is to be copied and a row is to be created in a SharePoint list which has same columns as Table1.

I'm not sure how to make this file dynamic in my flow as the name maybe different as per user's requirement even though the file, sheet and table will be same.
