Error During flow initialization

Hi there

I can't open a shared flow to edit- I am getting below error:

Flow initialization failed. Please make sure there is an active internet connection and contact your administrator.

Correlation Id: 7e8d0b18-b6e8-486d-92c0-166f63c5ffdc

Exception message: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.
HResult: -2146232828

Apparently, I do have proper internet connection but keep getting this error.

Any help would be appreciated.
