DateManipulations of the Collection

I am trying to create collection of Bookings with following format:  gBookings
Date xx.xx.xxxx xx:xx and Date2 xx.xx.xxxx xx:xx (From -> To)

I want to use thi collection to list all of my bookings from monday to friday in that list.

the problem is, my date includes Time and every time I list the items, they are already all incide of the list, but if for example on Monday 1 bookings starts at 7:00 am and another at 7:30, they will be shown at different days:
Monday Booking1
Monday Booking2

Because the column takes only the first input of the date including the time, I need to somehow cut it out and let only the dates, so the list includes all the bookings on that date in 1 table.

The formula I use: SortByColumns(Filter(gBooking; Date >= Today()); "Date"; SortOrder.Ascending)
How the Collection looks like:

    Example of the Gallery now:
    Monday:              User, A (Room1)
    06.11.23               07:00 -> 15:00

    Monday:              User, B (Room2)
    06.11.23               09:00 -> 14:00

    So it seppartes the dates instead of putting all the informations based on date only in 1 table, this should look like:

    Monday ..... (All Bookings at that date)

    Tueday .....  (All Bookings ...)

    ...

    Till Friday (...)

    Solved, converting the Date from Text to Date...
