Failed to connect to SQL Server Bad Gateway table

Isso acontece em apenas uma aplicação dentro do ambiente, as demais estão funcionando normalmente, isso aconteceu depois que troquei a senha do banco de dados, mas logo voltei a senha anterior, mesmo assim não resolveu para esta aplicação, mas para as demais fez.

    Have you tried deleting the connection completely and reconnecting? Maybe repeating the process will refresh the password correctly.
