Send an email notification V3 suddenly stopped working

I just received reports from users that they no longer receive any mail from Power Automate. I checked the run history and all ran successfully. I also created a test flow with a manual trigger and mail v3 only, and it also ran but didn't send any email.

 

Please help fixing this ASAP.
