Link Microsoft Form response to particular google site

Posted on by 130

Hi PowerApps Community,

I have a Microsoft form which I have placed in multiple google sites, these google sites are for different clients. Whenever there will be an enquiry through this Microsoft form on any of the site, then I want to know on which google site the enquiry is made.

I can use power automate trigger when a response is received. But after that I don't know what action to follow.

The only differentiator is Google site name.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Regards,
Rahul

    Hi @r_voyager ,

One of the weaknesses of MS Forms is that it cannot accept opening parameters in the URL, meaning you cannot "pre-populate" a field that you could later use to write where it came from (as you can with many other online Forms). The only real solution is a separate form for each site with the site name as the Default for the relevant field.

Please click Accept as solution if my post helped you solve your issue. This will help others find it more readily. It also closes the item. If the content was useful in other ways, please consider giving it Thumbs Up.
