Hi Guys,

I created a list called "Requests". On that I created a customized form by using the Button "customize with PowerApps" on SharePoint.

I created a very nice form and put a lot of work into it. But now I have some problems with that list and I need to create a new list because my app won't work after I connect it to this list. Idk why but i tested it, immediately after connecting it to my old list the monitor turns grey and launching the app also wont work "App broken"

But if i create a new list I will loose my customized entry form and I as I said, I put a lot of work and time into it but Idk how to save it tho!

Does someone know how to fix it?
