Generate Email from latest list entry.

Hello,

I am having an issue with my flow. As attached here i have a list containing details of upcoming events. The idea here is that when a new list entry is created via a form submission, the flow shoots an email to the users. While i have set my flow up to do that, it triggers and send emails for all previous entries too. I want it to only send an email from the latest entry. Is there a way to prevent this from happening, say for example it only sends emails for the entry created in the last 5 mins, since the form in use here will only be in operation, once or twice a week at most.
Any help will be appreciated,

Cheers !!!

    Hi @AntrivSingh ,

Could you show me your flow? What does "it only sends emails for the entry created in the last 5 mins" mean?

If you want to send an email about the most recently created item, why not use this trigger:

    Hope this helps you!

Here's my over view of the flow. The issue im having is that whenever the flow is triggered, it sends out emails for all the items in the list, all the entries. I only what it to send out email for the latest item that is created. Is there a filter query or something for that?

    Thanks

    Hi @AntrivSingh ,

I don't think you need Get Items, when an item is created (the trigger), you can use that dynamic content directly in your Send an Email (V2) action, shown below.

    Hi @AntrivSingh ,

Could you show me the setting of email out to staff?

If you use get items and you reference some of the dynamic content of this action when sending an email, the sending email will enter a loop, which may be why your flow send multiple emails at once.

    Best regards,
