Best approach for creating intake forms for clients

Hi there, completely new to Power Automate and could use some help.

I'm working on a project for my boss to create two intake forms and a file/document upload form for our clients. I want to know what the best approach for automating would be for the upload process so we don't manually have to put each client into folders in SharePoint manually, second question, is how can I automate the question forms to do the same - I need each client's form to go to the appropriate client folder and I just want to be sure this is something that's even possible?

Also open to any other ideas for this process/making this a solid process.

sure i feel ya totally brand new once too...

Id (self taught) use power automate after sculpting and approving all form labels to on response trigger create my own copy of the data in real time on submission and port it to a list or excel so i can run filters and actions on the data elements collected plus since you still have the original form it serves as an automatic business continuity layer of integrity ensuring the original perpetrators input.

Thank you! See, that's what I was thinking to do initially as well, but my consideration was scalability and if there's an easier way that I haven't thought of
