I have a list of certs and quals = 4000+ items
I have a list of members = 800+ items
Members can be operationally 'Active' or 'Inactive'
Members can have certs and quals that are 'Compliant' or 'Noncompliant'
In order for the Member to be 'Compliant' and 'Active' they most have a minimum number of specific and compliant certs and quals.
I need to create a Flow or calculation that can determine the number of Active and Compliant members
I am using the following to determine whether each member is Compliant when the data appears in a Gallery:

The above allows me to look at a Gallery and determine if an individual is compliant. I want to provide a running tally of the number of members active and compliant. I already gotten No. of Qualifying Locations, No. of Members, No. of Active Members from 'Yes', 'No' column in the Member List.
However, the Member certs and quals list is where the compliance is determined. How can I write a flow or conditions that says, count number of Members, number or those that are Active, number of those that are Compliant (with compliance being based on the condition above).
