I am unable to open an app in the studio online, aka edit mode. I am able to open the published app, just not in edit mode. I've noticed it on one of my tenants, but not the other. I was able to open the app studio this morning, but no longer.
Stuck with the spinning wheel saying Loading.
Currently experiencing the same issue!
I am able to load PowerApps as a front end user, however if I want to edit an App I have created then I get caught with an endless loading screen.
This seems to happen when I am at work, which has a business internet speeds 200MB Down and 500MB Up, however PowerApps studio doesn't seem to load.
When I connect to my home wifi which is significantly slower it seems to load PowerApps perfectly.
I am thinking the issue might be something to do with permissions or a security setting?
It does seem very arbitrary in terms of when PowerApps can let you work in edit mode.
Any solutions or troubleshooting welcome.
I second that. I'm running into the issue when trying to open my power app to edit it for a custom form in SharePoint. The only way to open it is through the list itself (to my understanding) and when I click Customize Form, it just loads over and over again. I've restarted my computer, closed out of the browser, cleared cookies and cache.
Has this issue returned?
same behavior in an incognito-window (chrome)
Edit:
Noticed an error in the console
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (All records were throttled.)
This has been resolved, I believe it was due to the SharePoint connection issue PowerApps had yesterday.
On a side not, I did have some of my users notice significant performance decreases on a PowerApp. This App was not updated or changed at all, yet their performance decreased.
We realized that the users had gotten new computers, and had not adjusted their Chrome Pop-Up Blocker settings. For some reason as soon as they allowed Pop-Ups from PowerApps, their app's performance significantly increased.
so just FYI if users are seeing performance decreases when there hasnt been an code change - check their Chrome settings
Hi @rpdetroit ,
Have you tested with other app? What about other web browsers?
Please share the session ID if the issue persists.

Mona
I'm seeing the same issue.
Basically any PowerApp or Flow that uses the SharePoint connector is having issues in our org.
