Dynamically generated Excel file - Is it possible to get dynamic info?

I have a flow that turns a CSV that is generated into an .xlsx file with the appropriate mapping. It does this fine. The goal is to write some of the data to a SP List, and I don't see any way to target the file that is getting created. My research so far tells me this is not possible, as the connector apparently only supports in-place files and is not dynamic. I always end up with an error 404 with the flow, despite the output showing it picks it up.

Looking for ideas. Should I turn it into JSON somehow instead?

If you are reading the CSV file already within the flow, why not use the contents to write to the SP List as well as writing to the .xlsx?
