Hi Team,
Is there any way we can have cobfigurable SharePoint URL and List Name in SharePoint Activities,
So while moving to other enviorment we will just change those varible and it get deployed without doing changes in flow.

You could create a list with a SharePoint URL column and a List Name column, both of the column are Single line of text type as below:
And then you could create a flow as below:
The flow would run successfully as below:

But in these case i need to update the URL in other enviorment in First Acitvity right?
Even my MS flow Trigger when Item is added in SharePoint List.
How i can manage that as well.
