Patch Multiple Attachments to SharePoint List from PowerApps with a Flow

Hello Community!

I'm trying to use a flow to get attachments using an EditForm Attachment control, DocAttachments, to upload multiple files and patch them to an existing SharePoint list item. I'm using the information in a Gallery, AttachmentSearch, to locate the SPO list item by ID and patch the selected files to that item. The flow is failing with the error message, 'the value 'file name', cannot be coverted to a number.' Screenshots of my flow structure are below along with the button, btnSubmitAtachment, OnSelect code I'm using in PowerApps. Any help with this is truly appreciated.

If(!IsEmpty(DocAttachments.Attachments),
ForAll(DocAttachments.Attachments,
UploadAttachmentII.Run(
 ThisRecord.Name, // fileName
 JSON(ThisRecord.Value, JSONFormat.IncludeBinaryData), //fileContent in base64
 AttachmentSearch.Selected.ID // itemID
 )
 )
);

Patch(
 TestOSCMain,
 AttachmentSearch.Selected,
 {
 SupportingAttachments: rdoDocUpload.Selected.Value
 }
);

    Thank you for the quick response, @mmbr1606. However, I'm trying to patch to an existing list item not create a new item and I'm uploading multiple files.  Unfortunately, this method will not work for what I'm trying to accomplish.

    Thanks again,

    Patti

    you just have to adjust the patch to update an existing reord instead of creating a new one.
    i also uploaded multiple attachments with this method

    @mmbr1606 ,

    I don't know what I'm doing wrong but that method is not working for me.
