Merge SharePoint List to sent report email with HTML format in Power Automate Flow

Hi

I have two SharePoint lists that need to merge. The Items are "Master" list and "Details" list. I plan to send an email with an HTML format that captures the details of the Sharepoint Master list and Details list.

So, could I have some clue from this issue? Thank you -

Not sure whether you want to send the email on a schedule or on an event. Based on that, you need to select appropriate trigger.

You can use following steps to achieve this:

    1.  Use "Get Items" flow action to read all items from Master list.

    2.  Place "Apply to each" action and set the value from step 1 to loop thru all the items in the master list.

    3. Within above Apply to each, place "Get Items" action with Filter Query set to "masterID eq 'ID'" to read all the items from Details list.

    4. Now, place another Apply to each to loop thru all the items you get in Step 3.

    5. Here set a string variable and place the content from both Master list and Details list by using HTML table tags.

    6. Outside all the loops, you can place Send Email action to include the variable used in Step 5.

I hope above steps will help you to get a direction.

    Hi @rsaikrishna

I have tried your solution, but I still confuse with the position of "get items" and "apply to each". Could you give the example flow in power automate?
