I have this formula below that calculates and counts based on date inputs from a SharePoint list and it works just fine in my power app. But the issue I'm having is that I want to check if this value output is 1 or greater, everyday whithout opening the app and send an email notification.
How do I use this formula and check my data in power automate
CountIf(
Behörighetsregister;
Len('Dispens - upphör') > 0 && DateValue('Dispens - upphör') <= Today() + 30
) +
CountIf(
Behörighetsregister;
Len('Uppföljning säkerhetstjänst - upphör') > 0 && DateValue('Uppföljning säkerhetstjänst - upphör') <= Today() + 30
) +
CountIf(
Behörighetsregister;
Len('Fortbildning Tri - utfördes') > 0 && DateValue('Fortbildning Tri - utfördes') < Date(Year(Today()); Month(Today())-23; Day(Today()))
) +
CountIf(
Behörighetsregister;
Len('Elsäkerhetsledare - utförd') > 0 && DateValue('Elsäkerhetsledare - utförd') < Date(Year(Today()); Month(Today())-23; Day(Today()))
) +
CountIf(
Behörighetsregister;
Len('Hälsoundersökning - utfördes') > 0 && DateDiff(Today();
If(
!IsBlank(Födelsedatum) && !IsBlank('Hälsoundersökning - utfördes');
DateAdd(
'Hälsoundersökning - utfördes';
If(
RoundDown((Today() - Födelsedatum) / 365; 0) < 41; 5;
RoundDown((Today() - Födelsedatum) / 365; 0) >= 41 && RoundDown((Today() - Födelsedatum) / 365; 0) <= 62; 3;
RoundDown((Today() - Födelsedatum) / 365; 0) > 62; 1;
Blank()
);
TimeUnit.Years
);
Blank()
);
TimeUnit.Days
) <= 30
)
