Power App Visual stopped working in Power BI

I want to embed existing power apps for one of my power bi report. There are few apps which I made using SharePoint lists. I managed to add three Apps to the report without having any issue. When I tried to add forth App to the report below error occurred.

Error getting environments
The server isn't responding.
Try refreshing your browser.

Anyone experienced this recently? And what is the solution for this?

One method which worked for me was to ignore trying to establish a connection to an existing Power App in Power BI Desktop, and instead add the Power App visual through the Power BI Service.

I am also experiencing this issue.

It looks like this issue is there once in a while, because on report that I build like few month's ago there wasn't any issue..
