Date(0;0;0) has wrong date value according to Microsoft Docs

Hi @Anonymous, 

As you can see on this capture, the "zero-date" displays as 11th of november 1899 (in French format "dd/mm/yyyy" in below capture) while Microsoft Docs says otherwise:
