Power Automate User Licensing Strengths and Limitations

Hi there

 

I'm quite new to Power Automate so please be patient if I ask some dumb questions.

I have a few questions about the Power Automate per User licensing:

 

Can you share your flows with anybody else?

Can you use it only for one environment?

Is there anything still locked except for the AI builder?

    Find your answers below:

     

    Can you share your flows with anybody else? Yes, but users should have  an M365/Office 365 license

    Can you use it only for one environment?  No, you can use it for more than one Env

    Is there anything still locked except for the AI builder? Apart from AI, there are a few desktop flow capabilities that are also not available. Find the below screenshot.

    Hi @vivekpande18 

     

    Thanks for your answer it helped a lot, but there a few things I still don't understand about that screenshot of yours. What does the small numbers at mean on the capabilities column? What does "Dataverse Database Capacity" and "Dataverse File Capacity" mean? What is business process flows?
