Custom Security Role

Hi Everyone

I need to create a Custom Security role to allow the support team to add users to the environment and assign a basic role to the users. What is the minimum role assignation I need to grant? The second part is actually working, i.e. if the user is already in the environment, the support team can manager their roles. For that, I added read/write permission on the sysuser and securityroles tables. But I am struggling with the first part - how to add a new user to the environment

Thank you

From Power Platform Admin you can add users (https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com)

Once the Admin page will open, then choose your environment, and click on setting here you will find the users section to add more users.

Hi. Thanks for your message. I know how to add users. My question was about the role. What tables/entities/objects I need to grant access to for a user (how has this new role) be able to add other users to the environments. I granted access to sysusers and securtyroles tables, this enabled them to modify other users' roles, but not to add the to the environment

The addition of new users and giving them access (I assume you mean real people rather than non-interactive user accounts) is managed by assigning a relevant license to that user via your office 365 portal or within the azure portal.

You can further enhance this by applying a security group to your environment so that only members of a certain AD group can access that specific environment
