Hello,
I am wanting to create a flow that is triggered each time a new sharepoint list item is created. This flow would then send an email to an external user who may or may not have a microsoft account. The trick is this email will need to have information from the sharepoint list automatically populated but also have a space for the user to input information and upload an image.
Is this possible? Someone on my team mentioned adaptive cards. Is that the way to go? I would appreciate any suggestions or video links you can share. Thank you!

The first bit is easy (send to the external user), however they will not be able to interact with Power Apps or the SharePoint list unless they have the appropriate licence and you have shared specifically with them.
The best you could do would be to embed a return address in the body and have them attach the picture.
