i am storing the availability date and time from candidate and panel in two different sharepoint list but how to compare this 2 different sharepoint list inorder to find common date and times and then to send email to both parties if the time suits their available date and time and if confirmed update the common time column (if matched) with new time and date and this is basically for schedule interview scenario
Can you define what "common" means? Does it have to be an exact match?
Usually you would publish the available panel time slots and then let the candidates try and book the slots on a first come first serve basis.
