Launch Outlook action is not working.

Hi, I am new to PAD. I am trying to use Launch outlook action to send an email via PAD. But while running the bot it got stuck in that action. It is not throwing any error, or it is not going to the next action. I have no idea. Please help me out.

Are you using the "New Outlook"? Which version of PAD are you on? Have you tried doing this while Outlook is already open in the background? PAD can attach to it instead of launching a new instance, if it's already open.

@Th11 first you can try to kill the outlook instance and then try Launch Outlook, hope this will work for you

Does the New outlook not work with the PAD "launch outlook" action?
I am having a an issue now where it gets stuck on Launch outlook. If i switch back to the old outlook then the PAD flow can work properly.

It doesn't work with New Outlook, yes.

Thanks Agnius, is there a development path for that to be achieved? The "New" outlook has been "new" for some time and has quite a few features still unavailable.

No idea, really. Couldn't find anything on it in the planned releases.
