Corporate Power Automate Workflow

Hi.
We are newbies to Power Automate.
We have created our first SharePoint list approvals flow.
The company is a corporation with several world regions and several countries, for which it is necessary to segregate the approval flows and for the lists to be separated by country, with their corresponding permissions.
Is it possible to do this with a single Power Automate flow (How would I do it?) or do I need to create a workflow for each country?
Will it be necessary to use Power Apps?

I believe you can control all these conditions by adding columns with countries and regions instead of having separate lists

if the requirement is to have separate list then based on trigger the same flow can be used but we need to create solution and import same flow into each eith different values for lists

Hi @craudales, just wondering what is the purpose for the required flow segregation? Also, how are the lists segregated? Are they all in the same site but different list for each region?

The requirement is that each country can see only their own items. Will it be possible to have a single list with different permissions for items from each country? or maybe some other solution?
