Hi Folks,
I have a canvas app which uses SharePoint as data source and is directly connected to a document library via SharePoint connector. I have collection which contains all data in the library (Used a clear collect at OnStart). Recently I noticed latest items are missing from the collection. It seems SharePoint library hasn't returned latest data to the collection. It is replicated for all users. Only items until Nov 17 is showing in the app where as there's data until Nov 30. I'm not using any filters.
I referred this post - https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Power-Apps/PowerApp-is-not-updating-Sharepoint-list-when-submit/td-p/401060 and tried the fix. But it's not working for me. Could anyone please suggest a fix for this?

How many files do you have in your Library ? You may have hit your Delegation limit on Nov 17.

Thanks for the response. I have under 5K items as of now (4.5K to be exact). Any other possibilities?
You hit the maximum for a collection at 2,000 (or 500 if you have not upgraded you Delegation limit), so you will have a lot of items missing. I have a blog on Delegation that includes options for collections.
