reference another list for approval

Hello!

I’m trying to make a flow that checks whether someone is registered with our code of conduct. We have a list of people in Sharepoint who are approved to work with us — who have already filled out the code of conduct. Before someone registers as a particular type of talent (model, DJ, etc), they need to fill out the code of conduct and be on that list.

So, when someone fills out the form to register to be a model, there needs to be a check. If they’re already on the code of conduct approved list, they can be added to the approved models list. If they aren’t, they should receive an email prompting them to fill out the code of conduct form. Then, once they’ve filled out the code of conduct form, they should be added to both lists.

I’m really not sure how to do that last part. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    @ryan-active

    Hi there.  So, wondering if the registration is 'event-specific' or a one-time thing?  Trying to figure out how non-registered talent would have a code-of-conduct on file... Also, are you using anything already to 'manage' your 'talent' (meaning a CRM of some kind)?

    How would you match the registration form to the Code of Conduct list?  By name? Or something else like a phone number?

    Thanks!
