Hello everyone,

I want to do something in the "Inspection" application.

Currently, the application works as follows.
Question: "Is the garden tidy?"
Answers: Yes - No - N/A
If the answer is no; It is necessary to create a task by entering the tasks application manually and assign it to the relevant person.

Problem:

The people who are expected to do the audit do not know who should create a task for such questions. Or need some worktime for reviewing every answer. But We have 3 shift.. So many daily things..

So what I want to do is
Question: "Is the garden tidy?"
If the answer is "No", assigning a task to the defined person responsible for cleaning the garden through "tasks".

Is this type of thing possible? Do you have information?
