How to use PowerBI to filter Powerapps data in a delegable manner

Hi there,

I am currently working on a powerbi integrated powerapp (both linked to sharepoint lists), where I am using power bi filters to filter the data in the power apps.

This is done by using Filter('POAP - Risks',Department.Id in PowerBIIntegration.Data.DepartmentId) in the items field of the gallery in my app. However, I am getting a delegation warning due to this.

Is there a way to achieve what I need to avoid this warning as I do expect the lists to grow beyond 2000? I am open to any solution including possibly restructuring the app.

Thanks in advance!

    Hi @Anonymous ,

At my knowledge,  ‘in’ is not delegateable in sharepoint.

I suggest you use StartsWith instead of using 'in'.
