Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

Hi all,

I am new to Power apps/Automate. I have my customer data stored in SQL server. I am sending reminder emails to customers one day before ship date to just as a reminder. (Here is where it gets tricky) - I want customers to convey any changes in order like new ship date or order quantities back to us.

Intially, I thought of attaching a microsoft form survey asking them to confirm the order (yes or no) and fill out new quantities if no. However, each order can have multiple line items and this would not be fixed for each order. I thought of creating a powerapp where I am displaying all their lines and letting them fill out yes/no against each line and updated dates if any.

Is this something achievable with PowerApps? Also, will we be able to share it with external users?
