I opened my flow that I had built on Power Automate desktop and most of the actions are missing. How can I get them back?

You're not alone - I think there is an issue with Power Automate Desktop this very second. Maybe it is being overwhelmed by demand as it went free yesterday.

This seems to be an issue with Power Automate Desktop versions released between December and February, specifically around module checks when PAD is restarted.
The mitigation is to update PAD to the March release, available here: Set up Power Automate Desktop on your device - Power Automate | Microsoft Docs.

I was on 2.4.78.21036 which is only 3 weeks old and this latest update is 2.5.80.21056 which has fixed the problem I can confirm.
