Hi,
I plan to prepare model driven app only for myself. I found that there is a power apps per app license. Can I use it for such purposes?
What about environments? Can I create environment or I wouldn't have enough capacity?
Consider getting a Developer licence, which gives you the ability to create additional environments and build/run an app with premium connections.
