I'm trying to build a template in Power Automate for my division to allow on every day of the week for a new bucket list and related tasks assigned to people to be created. I can't seem to get it to work. I need a new To Do List with tasks posted in planner everyday. I know planner doesn't have a recurrence option

The Power automate product has recurrence feature and it can proceed any jobs with a certain interval you can set. Please refer to the following reference how to set the recurrence(schedule) jobs:

After setting the trigger with a certain interval, add the necessary steps by the following MS Planner connector cards:

Definetly, you can refer existing templates when you create your own Power automates.
