Hi,
When we press a space bar on the toggle button it navigates to the end of the page.
Is this a bug or an expected behavior in PowerApps?

Could you please share a bit more about your issue?
Do you mean that the sceen would scroll down to the end when you press space bar on the Toggle control?
Based on the issue that you mentioned, I have made a test, and the issue is confirmed. Actually, it is an known issue or behaviou with Toggle control within an app.
