I am brand new and have created a flow that I now want to delete. but unfortunately it is not possible for me
I get this error message

This means that there is a "Solution" that is calling to the flows you are trying to delete.
If you look in the left hand side of the Power Automate portal, you'll see a "Solutions" link. Click that. It should open up the different solutions you have. Take a look, and see if you've set any of them up to connect to these. You'll need to disconnect them, first.
