Do you mean you want to filter the list based on the input number?
You can set the following codes to Items property to filter based on 'BL NO.'. Here are two situations
1. Filter by starting character
Filter('SP list', StartsWith('BL NO.', TextInput1.Text))
2. Filter by middle character
Filter('SP list', TextInput1.Text in 'BL NO.'))
Or
Search('SP list', TextInput1.Text, "BL NO.")
