If my company uses the Office 365 Standard license, can they run Power Apps applications if I don't use premium connectors?

If you using data source as SharePoint Online you can use it without needing to purchase additional licenses.

But if you are using Premium connectors\Solutions\DataVerse you need a Premium license https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/
