Wanting to send an automated email if a List item has not been modified in 30 days

Hello all,

Current situation: I have list tracking loaner devices that have been issued out to their temporary homes. I am wanting to have a Flow created that would send an email out to the user, every 30 days, reminding them to bring the device back or justify why they still need it. What would be the easiest way to facilitate something like this to happen?

Please see my example below. In my example, I have added a column for the next reminder email - it is a date column. When the item is created I populate it with a date 30 days out using a Flow.

Every day, I run a Flow that looks for items with a reminder date of today and have not been returned. Returned is a yes/no column. If I find items, I send an email and update the reminder date.

Any expression that I used can be seen in the comments for the action.

Just for my clarification, you have a Flow provide you with a list of reminders that are expiring that day and then manually send an email at that point?

The Flow sends an email to all items returned by Get items.

Note the send an email actions after the update item action
