DateTimeValue conversion seems to add one year

Hello,

to create a time line, I need to create a time field in an collection.

Based on the date of a variable, I create the first part of that field. But the conversion adds one year to that date... But only on my PC (which is set to english) and it works correctly on my mobiles (which are set to german). I assume there is something with the conversion of locals... but I am a bit confused and may don't see the forest because the immense amount of trees...

Following the code with current values:

Anybody recognising an issue with my code, why this happens?

    Hi,

    solved it by my own finally... 

    As I mentioned: haven't seen the forest...

    It just missed the 'locale' parameter of the DateTimeValue - function
