I have a form that goes to members of the organisation and it tracks 5 things
The date/time of the response received
Answers to 3 questions
The user email
This then goes into an excel table and gets updated.
The date/time and user email also go into another table.
I want to track the last response from a user and if day of response is more than 1 day ago it should send a chaser email to the user.
In the body of the email it should mention the number of days passed since the last response.
I tried to use formulas in the table but it seems that its not possible to use a formula.
Ideally I would have expected to convert the date of response to a number and subtract from the number for today and that be the benchmarks, but it seems you can't use formulas in an excel spreadsheet.
I found a solution elsewhere that talked about the theory, but not the exact flow.
