I have excel that have date column. In that column, there are blank date, like this:
When I'm trying to get that data, I got this error

This is a valid error because Powerapps expected a date from the column but got a empty string.
Also you have a date format set in Excel that Powerapps automaticlly takes over.
Why is the date column empty and not filled?

You can check for blanks and set a default date in that field instead.
